If Only There Were 28 Hours in A Day…

I like to call it Progressive Procrastination. Procrastination with Panache for the Modern Computer-Minded Citizen. Delectable deviance. Careful Chaos. Internet Spelunking.  Did you ever wish a day could have 28 hours? So did the folks at xkcd.com.

These guys understand the art of how to poke fun at life, in a way that’s amusing without being cheesy, that’s hilarious but not too goofy; a way that–well–takes the edge off if you are having ‘one of those days.’

If you’re looking to kill more than 5-10 minutes and prefer more tailored forms of entertainment, you could cruise to nfb.com and watch one of their many streaming online documentaries.  Carts of Darkness is cinema verite documentary filmmaking at it’s finest.  It is a bonus that this hour-long flick is artfully composed and completely hilarious.  Or, if you are looking for some artistic inspiration you could always check out We Make Money Not Art, a blog that chronicles the diabolical happenings in the worlds of multimedia, visual + installation art, and so much more.

Unfortuntely most of my time online lately has been spent on Craigslist and Kijiji — an Craigslist-esque site you can use to search for things like apartments, used furniture, and random odd jobs.
